The Thunderbolt Labs team is highly distributed and travels often. You can find us working at any given moment from San Francisco, Virginia, Maryland, PDX, Barcelona, Sweden, or in between at 38,000 feet.

Our team works (and plays) better together than a lot of companies we know where everyone’s forced to be in the same office.

The People
Running a remote team works well for us only because of the caliber of the people working at Thunderbolt Labs. Everyone here has had experience running their own companies and teams. They know how to communicate well and get shit done.
Building a distributed team isn’t easy, and finding the right type of people to fill it is the very first challenge.
